Easter Weekend

We had a busy Easter weekend! Saturday we went

to my grandma Judy's annual Easter Egg hunt and 

barbecue. My kids had a lot of fun playing with their 

cousins, and being outside!

Lowynn started to hunt for eggs when it was

the littlest kids' turn. We told him that it wasn't

his turn yet, so he started crying. He was grabbing

onto my leg, and I was telling him to let go so that

I could help Oddessey. When it was his turn, he was

still throwing a fit. We made him hunt for eggs, because

I knew he would have thrown a fit later for not getting 

any eggs. So Derrick some what forced him to pick

up the eggs at first, but then he realized that

it was fun, and started picking the eggs up himself!

My grandma puts change in the eggs, and then does

a little hunt for the grown ups, and puts $5 in one egg. So 

Derrick was trying to find some eggs to get a little bit of cash.

He was using Oddessey's pink bucket, it was pretty funny.

After the hunt, we celebrated Daniel's first birthday. 

Oddessey had a cupcake, then went to play with Lowynn

over in the dirt. I noticed she was acting like something 

gross was in her mouth. I thought that she just had the

chocolate cupcake on her face, but when I got closer, 

I realized that it was dirt! Lowynn had flung some 

dirt behind him, and Oddessey was standing right there.

It was funny, and I had to take some pictures!

Then, later that night we colored some Easter eggs. My kids
loved it! They had a lot of fun, and wanted to color more!

Easter morning!

Later, on Easter Sunday, we went over to Derrick's
dad, Jay's, house. They had dinner and a little Easter egg hunt

We played a couple of games, it was so much fun to be out

enjoying the weather!

We had a fun filled weekend! It's always nice to spend time
with family!

Another Jazz Game!

We went to another Jazz game, we went with

Stewart and Erin. Their birthday is on April 7, and

the game was April 6, so we bought their tickets for

their birthday present from us. It was a lot of fun, and the 

Jazz won, so it made it that much better!

 Erin and I were trying to get them to take a serious picture,

 but they just kept on goofing off...

 Then Derrick said, "Hey they want a serious picture." So

this is what they did! They are so difficult! =)

 Since the boys were being silly, Erin and I had to have 

at least one silly one, too.

My sisters and I took my mom out to lunch and then we 

went shopping to the mall.It was fun to get out of the 

house and spend a day with my mom and my sisters!

My sisters hate pictures, so we didn't take 

any with everyone! But I took a few of my kids!

 My mom bought my kids little stuffed disney characters.

 Lowynn was being a little difficult and was

being sad. I told him to make a sad face, and I 

made one as well. =)
