We had a busy weekend! Saturday day, we went to
Derrick's dad's house. Our kids played in their pool,
and we had dinner and lots of goodies! My kids
loved the pool. It wasn't too deep, so they were able to
touch the bottom, but it was big so they could run around.
She LOVES water. She was "swimming" in this
picture. Lowynn only dared to lift up his feet
if he was holding onto the side, but Oddessey
would do this where ever she was. =)
They have a smaller pool, and the water in it was
much warmer.

Saturday night, we roasted marshmallows
in our little fire pit.
Sunday was a really busy day! First we went to breakfast
for Father's day.
He thought this pose was so cool. =)
Then we went for a ride up Santaquin canyon.
We got out of the van and walked around for a bit.
The kids loved throwing things in the creek.
He found a caterpillar. =)
After we rested, and Oddessey had a nap, we
went to my grandma & grandpa's for a bbq.
She got so dirty, she put her face on a medal
rack, and it left a mark on her head.
After telling her, what seemed like 200 times, to
stay out of the dirt, we finally gave up! & we kind of
regretted it! She got FILTHY!

It was such a fun weekend spent with family! Derrick
is such an awesome dad. Our kids LOVE him. I love to
see how excited they get when he gets home from work.
He rough houses with them, builds & makes them things,
and spends as much time with them as he can! Oddessey
is such a daddy's girl, she always has been. & Lowynn tells
everyone that his dad is like Superman. =) Derrick
does an amazing job at being a dad, and I am so
thankful for him!
